Enjoy our cozy country getaway. Our condo is near the village of Findley Lake and Peek’n Peak Resort and Spa, both of which have much to offer year round. We are also close to Lake Erie Wine Country which boasts several fabulous wineries. Chautauqua County is an outdoorsman’s paradise for you to explore. Enjoy nature with close access to I86 and I90. We have 62 acres with a huge pond out back that you can fish or swim in. The perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
The space
Open but cozy. Large kitchen and large master bedroom with queen bed. There is a Futon in the living room that kids or adults can sleep on. Plenty of room on the enclosed porch for winter sporting goods. Heated by a furnace but there is also a gas fireplace. We have wifi, a tv and DVD. Large windows in back display great views of the pond and property.
Guest access
Park in the two spots on the right when you pull in the drive. It’s the unit on the right with the enclosed front porch.
Other things to note
My brother and family live next door in the other unit. Please leave the parking spot straight ahead when you pull in open for him. Thanks
